What to write to us about
- Corrections. Tell us the page and the figure you think is wrong, and we’ll check it.
- Price data. Invoices or practice price lists help us keep our guides accurate. We never publish personal details.
- Questions about an article. We can’t answer questions about your individual pet or your own policy, but we can explain anything we’ve published.
- Press and data requests. We’re happy to share our research with journalists and researchers.
- Veterinary reviewers. See our medical review policy.
What we can’t help with. We cannot give veterinary advice, tell you whether your pet needs treatment, or advise you on which insurance policy to buy. If your pet is unwell, contact your vet. If you need urgent help with a vet bill, start with our guide to what happens if you can’t pay.
